This nutcracker is capped with the Mouse King's brother, King Rat, ringed by a red wreath and Tibetan silver skulls. Inside, Sugarplum Zomberina Ballerinas dance with severed heads in hand, a minstrel skeleton strums a lute, and skeleton audiences watch. Private collection/commission.
